CONSIGNMENT DISCUSSION INFORMATION (NO OBLIGATION)

Any information you disclose here is non binding and obligation free on both TMCS and you, the car owner. Anything you provide is strictly confidential and will not be shared.

Firstly, thankyou for taking the time to consider our proposal. We endeavour to make this as easy and convenient as possible whilst affording you the opportunity to achieve the best sales price for you.

To proceed to the next stage of consideration we require the following information in the form below. If you choose to proceed and submit this we will then phone you at a convenient time of your choosing to answer any further questions and clarify any detail. The SUBMISSION of this form is still obligation free and non binding for both yourself as the car owner and TMCS offering its consignment services.

1: DESIRED PRICE & YOUR BEST INTERESTS

Be clear and comfortable as to what is the minimum price you would like to achieve and be prepared to accept after any incurred expenses to achieve the 'SALE'. We require this information to proceed. You will naturally do your own research and form an opinion on what you think the car is worth. If TMCS were to consign the car we will suggest what we believe the maximum price the car be presented to the market. 

2: TMCS FEE
Our basic fee for consignment is negotiated on a case by case basis rather than a flat rate or fixed percentage. This works in your favour to attain a maximum selling price.

3: FIXED LISTING COST

An upfront fee of $800 for all photography, video and listing on website, Facebook, Instagram & Gumtree. (This is non refundable even if you choose to take repossession of the vehicle at a future time).

3: OTHER POSSIBLE EXPENSES TO CONSIDER

- Transportation costs of vehicle to TMCS facility. (We can arrange if required or you are free to do so).

- Car detailing or mechanical work. (It is easiest if we receive the car in ready for sale condition.) No work that would incur expense will be carried out by TMCS without your written agreement.

4: VEHICLE MUST BE FREE OF ANY FINANCIAL ENCUMBERANCES

TMCS will only consign vehicles that are privately owned outright with no liabilities.

5: PROOF OF VEHICLE PROVENANCE (if applicable)

If the vehicle is being claimed as a special edition or 'genuine' this must be supported with evidence not just heresay. It is always in the seller's best interest to provide this to achieve maximum potential price. We can provide advice on how to go about this. 

6: TRIBUTE OR REPLICA VEHICLES

We have had great success in selling quality vehicles of this type and it is important that you provide as much detail as possible re the build quality you have undertaken or know of so we can position the car to its best advantage. This is especially relevant to Ford GTs and Holden Monaros etc.

7: DOCUMENTATION

Anything related to the story of the vehicle will potentially assist in its sale. Original books, maintenance etc is always a positive.
