1971 saw the last major restyling of the First Generation Mustang, available in Coupe,
Convertible and ever-popular Fastback. It was physically larger over the previous style, but
still offered the top spec 429ci V8 via the infamous Mach 1 Cobra Jet. Total production for
191 reached approximately 150,000 units.

This particular example is a 1971 Ford Mustang Convertible that is currently mid-build. The
owner has begun to undertake work including running gear. Overall, the body presents well
with light imperfections and rust present. To date, the exterior has received the following:
