1970 FORD XW FALCON 500 (GT TRIBUTE) - $114999

The XW was introduced in 1969, replacing the XT Falcon. Almost all-exterior bodywork was
restyled, with an interior redesign undertaken. Falcon, Futura and Fairmont models were
marketed, while the XW GT-HO remains the most sought after.

This particular example was originally a 1970 Ford XW Falcon 500, housing a factory low
compression V8 motor. As it sits today, it has been reimagined into an XW GT tribute, with
the project being completed 8 years ago.

This XW now wears ‘Silver Fox’ paintwork with orange side decals and matte black hood
stripes. Special care was taken to replicate the GT details such as the hood scoop, ‘Super
Roo’ decals, front splitter, ‘351 GT’ badging, mesh headlight covers and GT 5-slot wheels
with hubcaps.

The interior presents beautifully, boasting black vinyl with timber and stainless highlights. The
automatic centre console also features ‘351’ badging, in honour of an original GT.
Additionally, original books will be supplied with the car.

This XW ‘GT Tribute’ now features a 351ci V8 and automatic transmission, making for an
exciting yet smooth driving experience.
