1968 HOLDEN HK KINGSWOOD - $69999
The HK Holden series received great success during its short production run in 1968. The HK
series featured a broad model selection, from the modest Belmont, all the way to the Bathurst
specialist, the Monaro GTS 327. HK Holden’s remain a staple amongst enthusiasts and
collectors to this day.
This particular example is a neat 1968 Holden HK Kingswood finished in a sedate shade of
gloss white. A series of external modifications have been made to this HK, making it a stand
out amongst others. These include Monaro GTS style flutes to the front guards, Chevrolet
style 5-slot wheels and centre caps, air cleaner cut-out to bonnet, twin Monaro GTS style
bonnet scoops and rear venetian blinds. As a result, this HK Kingswood gives a tough pro
street look.
The interior presents just as well as the exterior, now fitted with front bucket seats featuring
black vinyl and hounds tooth insert trim. A woodgrain GTS style steering wheel has also been
fitted as well as a tachometer, cupholders and an Indy shifter.
This HK Kingswood now runs a 350ci Chevrolet V8 with a Weiand supercharger strapped to
the top. Mated to the stout Chevy small block is a Ford Toploader transmission with a 9”
differential putting the power to the ground.
Take this opportunity to secure this fantastic HK Kingswood with looks and supercharged V8
power to match!
